I love wood. I integrate artistic techniques into woodworking to create unique and diverse works.

During my youth, I was trained as a cabinetmaker, that's when I fell in love with wood. Now retired, I reveal my artistic sense by working with wood while integrating various materials that bring out the coldness of metals with the warmth of nature.

Knowing the characteristics of each type of wood, I choose the ideal specimens for each of my works. My work advocates the recovery of pieces of wood found on my way while respecting this natural product. It is in the imperfection of a log or in the malformation of a tree trunk that I find the artistic inspiration to give birth to my creations.

​I exhibit my works in several art galleries and boutiques in the province of Quebec.
